This plan has you, eat stop eat again, and all in one day. When you fast, you’ve probably heard your metabolism will slow down. That’s true, if you fast for too long of a period. With this one though, you only fast for a day, and only one - two times a week. That’s definetely do-able.

Have you ever fasted before? I personally love it! It makes you feel so much lighter and it gets you back into normal eating habits. I don’t like the fasts that last a long time, because I’ve never been able to last on them.

What’s Your Type of Diet?

Everyone is different with their own preferences, for instance I couldn’t stand being on the Atkins diet. I actually felt sick to my stomach and I was craving fruit. Believe it or not, I attempted that diet two times. You would think after the first time, I would ‘get it’ that it wasn’t the diet for me.
